• Strategic review of the highways, traffic, transport and parking services, including policy gap analysis, followed by development and adoption of new policy documents.

• Development of a new specification standard for public space CCTV procurement.

• Development of a new specification and leading the commissioning process for outsourced enforcement services.

• Delivery of a policy review, ensuring compliance and best practice across the parking and moving traffic enforcement service.

• Transition to cashless parking, and introduction of emission based pricing.

• Review of Controlled Parking Zone operations, and delivery of virtual parking permits.

• Development and implementation of policies to support the adoption of devolved DVLA powers to tackle untaxed vehicles.
